Good WLB 10 days WFO ( no min time in office , even 5 mins counted as a day ) . You can chill here , but the learning would be limited .

Cons

3 Months Notice period ( and then dont even allow buying out the NP) . Less Pay Promotions are hard/unfair . If someone is having more exp than you for the same role then he might get a promotion , despite your performance . Max increment on promotion is 20% only . Pay band is very irregular. Grade 27 can be getting less than Grade 25 which is 2 grades below .
