Great PTO policy, solid 401(k) match, generally good people to work with, collaborative environment. Good initial program for college grads.
Cons
Minimal raises each year. Not overly competitive salary/perks compared to other similar tier companies. Recent policy change to follow end of year review rating percentages (Ex: X amount of people rated a 2 out of 5, potentially to prep for layoffs if needed later in the year)
