Working hours flexible. Salary structure is ok

Cons

Internal politics at it's peak. Managers are unaware of basic things which is required from them and doesn't want to take any accountability on anything. Employee exploitation is happening a lot in last 2 years. There is no designated HRs for projects and all they have kept on toll-free numbers which is barely reachable. No relevant work.
