      High income potential, opportunity to move quickly within the company to fill positions.

      Cons

      You have to deal with some incompetent middle managers like most sales careers, & if you aren't handed a solid territory you're waiting until next year to make the kind of money you're expecting from interviews. Cold calling gets you almost no where in this position.

      This has been the best company I have worked for. I'm lucky that I have had great managers that understand my work style and allow me to succeed and grow. There are tons of very smart people that are always willing to help. There is truly a team selling environment.

      Cons

      Internal promotions met you less salary than external hires.
