      Oracle is a very good brand outside, it will certainly push your profile. The major pros I can think of are the excellent work life balance, and the flexibility. You will get ample free time.

      Cons

      Flexible work means, severe under utilization of talent. The management doesn't care about retaining talent, especially in India. No pay hikes, and bad promotion policy
