1. Managers in OCSC are never ever employee friendly. They never listen to any concerns of team nor help in any way. 2. Oracle consultant- pressurises team to work on all 7 days of week even on holidays where he will be setting unrealistic deadlines. 3. Never ever ask team about their concerns, treats like slaves. 5. False promises or job expectations while taking interviews.
