Pros

Cutting edge technology, flexible work environment, great people, good pay and bennies. Big, stable, company.

Cons

They tend to be extremely frugal which it comes to funding infrastructure things and that can lead to a bit of a slog at times.

Brand name Generally people are good Offices are good

Cons

No Salary raises / bonuses for years even with very good performance ratings No work from home options - for Tech support they use tools which can't be used from home in India Technology is good, but out dated - not much demand outside of Oracle

Focus on ERP Cloud Consulting, Lot of travel (short-term)....good for people who like to travel different countries, flexible working hours ( work from home ), diverse variety of projects

Cons

Salary rise..a bit low as per market standards, but good consulting bonus for top performers
