Large customer base Excellent when it comes to training. Managers encourage to even fly abroad for training Fast growth ( in consulting) Travel expenses on actuals ( eat and live like a king abroad )

Cons

Brand's diluted with diversification Average people skill, The interview process is for namesake ( consulting ) Salaries are just barely meeting industry standards

Oracle is a major international corporation with opportunities around the world. Key database and software provider to majority of companies. Professional operation with large corporate style. High number of opportunities to move around in company.

Cons

Experiences vary a lot based on the management and the group one is working in. Lots of new college hire emphasis and phasing out of older employees. Trying to move to cloud but late start and historic installed base limits speed of movement. Lots of layoffs in progress and planned
