Good work life balance. Work from home option in many projects Provides great opportunity to learn. Apart from good project exposure you can also avail the vast number of training courses that are available.

Cons

Increments are unpredictable. Depending on the group that you are in, salary may not change much ever after a few years. So need to choose the right group
