Pros

Work - Life Balance is great. Working from home, not needing to sit in traffic. Excellent health insurance, REER matching, vacation days increase after 7 years. Oracle University training is great to learn new tools and go for onsite training/certification.

Cons

Oracle has a salary range that they follow, but most salaries will be lower than the average. Don't expect any raises as it is a rare occasion. However company will continue to take away certain benefits like parking or internet fees.
