Pros

You get to download all the Oracle products you could ever want and see the inside comments on everything from bugs to support tkts. If you're lucky you might work with top nonche talent. Some of the hotels they let you stay at are really nice.

Cons

Lower pay, Not very transparent mgt, even when discovered they don't seem to commit to personal growth and resolving issues. Lots of dead weight not very tech current staffers that have zero customer focus (like saying get on the next flight out if customer wanted to look into something not covered service plan which selected by sales by mistake) doing the same thing for last x yrs and haven't sold anything during that time.
