Pros

My colleagues are very smart and fun to be around. The work environment is flexible. NH location is easy in terms of traffic and tax-free for NH residents.

Cons

A very top-down driven company. Sometimes upper management makes decisions without seeming to gather valuable input from their talented worker bees. Groups are spread out all over the world; I would prefer to work with people face-to-face or at least in a similar time zone. Not generous with raises and bonuses.
