Good company culture, bosses and coworkers very friendly and challenging environment but limited upwards mobility. Long term prospects seem limited to middle management at best.

Cons

Working hours are quite excessive for industry standards, have to be on call often when working deadlines which can be a large nuisance since its unpaid
