Good benefits, specially healthcare. Take seek days as needed. Some managers allow mix remote working : Some days from home other days attending office. Good working environment. Tuition reimbursement.

Cons

Average salaries. You are one individual within hundred of thousands: aka a number. Work slackers can easily hide in the multitude so other have to pick up their work.

Pros

Decent pay, flexibility to work from home in consulting team when on offshore projects (depending upon manager), international projects, valuable work experience

Cons

Very less frequent performance appraisal, zero to no talent recognition, low bonuses, no increments for years, lack of guidance, lack of transparency, very opaque organization, all these causing good performers to leave organization over time leaving only mediocre talented people who are happy with salary and slow growth
