Pros

Good work,life balance. Hires from good universities and most new hires are great. Server technologies is a great place where your work will impact many in the world. Larry.

Cons

Managers - for their job security, they don't let employees grow after certain stage. Have seen some worse managers who employ divisive strategy to be at the helm. Technical people manage some groups and that leads to conflict of interest. Information flows in only one direction (upwards).

Big company. Oracle has lots to offer. A technical person can learn a lot.

Cons

There are not many trainings. The higher management does not want to invest much on trainings, They expect you to make more profit for the fiscal year.
