A lot of wasted potential

Pros

Flexible working hours. A lot of good, friendly, and helpful people. Well known brand name. Good exposure and work experience.

Cons

Compensation is considerably below market average and competing companies Very little opportunities for climbing up the ladder. No clear career prospects. Unclear and seemingly ad-hoc management strategy. Regional management has a bad rep for making promises they can't keep and decisions they can't justify. Weak justifications by management are common. Ever increasing quotas and sales targets (250% increase in the last 4 years) with no increase in benefits or compensation.
