Pros

One of the better places to work for in India. Ask any Oracle India employee, this will be the first on their Pros list - "Work-life balance". Workload not too hectic, friendly management. Good choice for someone looking to settle in life.

Cons

Too vertical when it comes to decisions, even very small ones. Not challenging technically, 90% time spent on working with the framework rather than core technology. Younger people should look for more dynamic workplace.
