1.Salaries for freshers and while joining the company is bit higher than the market average. 2.Less work, life would be very cool if you don't want to work. 3.Work from home option for employees. 4.Work life balance excellent.

Cons

1.Less career growth.(very few oppoutunities for promotion) 2.Dont expect hikes(negotiate higher salary while joining the company) 3.Will get bonus only if ur business unit is doing good. 4.People come to Oracle to relax. 5.Dont have much challenging work./No onsite.

Great brand value, excellent and well know platforms and technologies, good facilities, great opportunities post Oracle career, and excellent ERP software

Cons

Only few individuals get all the hike and others who do good job are not given a hike. Its very disappointing to see that sycophancy is present to the core in Oracle.
