Great challenges and opportunities. Phenomenal compensation and work conditions. Supportive management. Great work-life balance. Enjoying lots of autonomy. Networking opportunities. Amazing support. Honestly, getting hired at Oracle is one of the best thing that happened to me.

Cons

The enterprise at large can be a little dysfunctional at time. Lots of internal competition between different product teams or different region teams. Learning how Oracle works was one of the hard things.
