Good location in Mumbai. Decent facilities like free transport. Food and gym facilities are alright. Relaxed company culture. Not too fussy about dressing and very limited Internet restrictions.

Cons

Bonus compensation varies disproportionately based on teams. Sometimes hostile and unfriendly work culture. Yearly pay increments leave a lot to be desired.

1. Work here if you want only money. 2. Night shift allowance, public holiday allowances and they provide allowances for working on sat & sun also.

Cons

1. No work life balance. 2. Hell a lot of night shifts. 3. Never join if you are good in programming. 4. They divide a day into 3 shifts. You need to come in one of these shift. It will rotating. You won't get proper food, sleep etc because of the work. 5. You will never grow your career here.
