Pros

1- Good work life balance. 2- Some teams got good project and some not. 3- No hidden cut in salary. Most of it are in hand. 4- Flexibility in work. 5- less politics.

Cons

1- Management strategy is not good. They say, they don't know about any decision taken by the company. 2- Hiring policy is very bad, No transparency at all. A mechanical guy who doesn't know about java is doing development and a computer science topper is in support. 3- Retention policy is not good. 4- salary is a concern.

- To work on Oracle DB - Very relaxed atmosphere - Fixed work hours (8 for me) and perks like cab facility

Cons

- My division has me working on weekends and with night-shifts - 3 shift system - Work kind of gets monotonous at one level. - Some level of cost cutting is emerging - No or limited hike
