Pros

WFH for most of the year. My manager is Good Guy so my life was bit easy comparing to other teams

Cons

Worst Leader ship Team, that will lay off even top performers form the team through mail. The last day for me we were in Call untill 11:30 PM supporting and troubleshooting a Busted region due a deployment issues, next day 6 AM You are gone. Very Moronic culture. I felt good in some ways as in my team im the only guy who was a non hindi speaking guys. In mostly call the the team discussion will happen in Hindi and im the one who left out. Wish me luck you. Now im in the market searching for job again
