Pros

Great benefits! The benefits are amazing, do not take them for granted. Great vacation and sick time policy, winter break if your departments allow it, amazing mental health care policies in place. Is a very good company to work for specially as a first job. Oracle gives you plenty of opportunities to continue learning and offer internal courses you can take for free. I loved Oracle but the hours were super long and no recognition was provided. Oracle provides you with great compensation starting on, but raises are hard to achieve.

Cons

long hours, no annual raises, work can get repetitive. I loved Oracle but the hours were super long and no recognition was provided. Internal mobility is really hard to achieve, not impossible, but really hard and long waiting period to move to another department.
