Good place to settle but no salary hike

Pros

On time salary, Good office culture. Try to follow as many values are followed. Give chance to learn and appreciate.

Cons

Manager and HR are your boss. You can't complain anything and action process is hidden and no response. Salary hike is nill or less. If you are hardworker then ur team will make use of u and no extra benefits. Recognition is hard.
