Pros

Always learning new tech, great benefits, work life balance, weekly happy hours, lots os snacks I mean healthy and indulgent ones, lots of autonomy to solve problems and bring new ideas to the table. Co-workers function well together to get things done.

Cons

You must embrace change or you will not do well here. Cloud business is still working out the kinks and you need to be aware to do your best job. You need to be on your game to do well. Luckily I love my job so it’s not a struggle. Communication with co-teams is crucial.
