- Extremely high burnout culture – no work-life balance at all. - Projects are very disorganized and haywire, with no clear structure or planning. - Priorities change constantly, making it impossible to focus or complete tasks properly. - New expectations pop up all the time, which is distracting and stressful. - If you are in a lower-grade position, it’s really not worth the mental strain.
