-Lots of access to training -Work life balance -Terrific health benefits
Cons
-Uncompetitive wages compared to other SV giants -Horrible PTO. On top of meager accrual, you’re forced to use PTO for the mandatory shutdown between Christmas and New Year. -Very siloed. Every LOB is a company within a company. -difficult to get a hold of anyone when you need administrative help (HR, benefits, etc.). Mostly managed via Slack and some channels are totally unresponsive. -For a tech company, a lot of the tech is outdated and counterintuitive.
