      worst company - hikes are not there

      Pros

      working hours flexibility. ,any people loot the work from home facility .esp managers.

      Cons

      treats emp like labour in shops. There wont be any deadline for giving hikes. hikes will be in every 13th month of financial year. managers make engineers mouth shut saying they too cant do anything in matter of hikes.
