Rock solid company. Job performance is usually rewarded. Trim-running company for how large it is. Lot of talent.

Can be stingy on raises. Know of several times where even top performers were not given a raise. The company depends on "dive and save" a bit much for my taste.
working hours flexibility. ,any people loot the work from home facility .esp managers.

treats emp like labour in shops. There wont be any deadline for giving hikes.
hikes will be in every 13th month of financial year. managers make engineers mouth shut saying they too cant do anything in matter of hikes.
