Good work-life balance and good benefits

Cons

Compensation is barely competitive when you join, and if you decide to stay and try to make a career, raises are rare even when you have exceptional performance. Talent retention is definitely Oracle's weakest point.

Great benefits and most positions work from home.

Cons

Incompetent management, no salary increases, horrible on-boarding process, those that suck up to leadership get promoted. Your industry skills will decline unless you are constantly educating yourself outside of work.
