Pros

Good "work life balance" Cafeteria is subsidized and has a wide variety of choices Nice gym with pool

Cons

Low pay Incompetent management (The company ruined good products they acquired through acquisitions.) Full of unambitious people (Except for the database, it failed to build anything in-house. It grows through acquisitions. There are a lot of lifers. Just look at the faded badges worn by roaming zombies. Does not fire incompetent people. This could be a pro if you are incompetent yourself.

Pros

Flexibility. Although they expect about 60 hours of work in a 40 hour week.

Cons

Bad management. Seems they promote people that are incompetent. You will work many hours and never get compensated. The company is very cheap. You can walk on water, or exceed expectations and never receive raises or bonuses. They treat their employees like cattle. Just a number and if you can't do all the hours or work, they will get someone cheaper to do it.
