Pros

Work from home & flexible hours were the primary plus. People I worked with were, in the main, exceptional as people and engineers.

Cons

Where to begin. Completely top-down organization so there felt no reason to give any suggestions or think of improvements. Complete lack of career progression. Almost no training but still expected to take on new products. Minimal pay rises (most years got nothing, no bonus either). Felt completely cut adrift. If you work in sales I get the feeling it's a decent company to work for, but in the departments in and around me the motivation had dropped to near zero due to complete lack of focus or direction.
