      Pros

      The culture is very open and very teamwork oriented. It has a large group of people with very high level of engineering skills and experiences.

      Cons

      You have to bring your own stationary most of the time because the cabinets are constantly locked and not accessible without special arrangement.

      Pros

      freedom to plan and execute your work the way you want it, brand name, very bureaucratic, good opportunities for ppl in marketing / sales role

      Cons

      top heavy, not much cohesion between BUs, besides database its not easy to get good learning resources, not much vertical movement, no HR, self service is the mantra be it HR / project / product matter or any other thing under the sun at oracle.
