Pros

Flexibility. Although they expect about 60 hours of work in a 40 hour week.

Cons

Bad management. Seems they promote people that are incompetent. You will work many hours and never get compensated. The company is very cheap. You can walk on water, or exceed expectations and never receive raises or bonuses. They treat their employees like cattle. Just a number and if you can't do all the hours or work, they will get someone cheaper to do it.

Pros

They offer a good salary and excellent benefits, interesting products to work on, plenty of opportunities for additional training. They are flexible with hours and working from home.

Cons

Too much time spent on process and not on the actual work, can't move quickly, too many people involved in the most minor of decisions.
