Pros

One of the best place to work. Right from the junior to senior management you are visible to every individual. Good respect. Great opportunities in your area of interest. Better rewards & recognition

Cons

Salary would not be great. If you have bargained a good salary at the time of joining then don't expect major hikes during your tenure unless you are getting promoted.

Pros

Good work from home policy. Decent benefits. Good work/life balance. Famous database. Stable & secure. With a little work, it's possible to find decent projects.

Cons

Too developer driven, resulting in poor UIs. Very difficult to hire people. Lack of good process, and excess of bad process. Poor internal tools, including employee HR apps and JDeveloper. Not a market leader in many segments outside of the database.
