      Pros

      Chance to work with top level talent across the board. Expanded it's portfolio where it is a major player in nearly every vertical, offering full stack of solutions from Applications down to back end systems (Middleware and DB) and now able to offer Sun hardware to run it all!

      Cons

      Salary increases are very hard to come by. Very discouraging to see new hires come in with higher level titles and higher base salaries with little to no experience with Oracle technologies while experienced workers have not received based salary raises for more than a few years.

      Pros

      Well respected company among the professional community. Company has a lot of resources - training material

      Cons

      Company is not for someone who wants a work/life balance, managers don't like to spend money on sending employees to training classes (even though they tell you they do in interview), not a good company for someone who wants to move up within company or pursue project management
