Great visibility and opportunity to impress upper management. Exciting field. Good team environment.
Cons
High expectations with limited growth opportunities. Minimal perks. No annual merit increase, but rather expectation to leave the company to increase your pay and eventually come back and Oracle would match the increase. I felt like a number instead a valued part of the greater organization.
