I have been with the company for one year. Overall, the workforce tends to be on the older side, and it is uncommon to see employees in their twenties. Guidance and support for newcomers are limited, as the company generally expects candidates to already be experienced. When it comes to professional development and career growth, there is very little support or opportunity. For this reason, I would not recommend this company to individuals under 35, as the potential for growth is quite limited.
