      Great benefits, bad culture

      Pros

      Great pay - way more than the industry average in this area. Great benefits - medical, dental, vision, 401K were outstanding Young workforce - everyone was younger, so it made the environment a little bit fun

      Cons

      No sense of culture, extremely archaic and stuffy. Was hoping when I started that it would be closer to a Google, Facebook, or Apple, but not even close. Morale was always down unless we were out of the office doing team events (which were extremely rare).

      BEWARE!! Oracle does not care about the good, hard working, and loyal employees

      Pros

      The only good thing is the name - everyone thinks it is a prestiges company but they only care about the business and not their employees

      Cons

      No bonuses. No salary increases. They keep BAD high level managers but let go of the good, hard working, loyal employees. They don't listen to the employees when there is a complaint against management for harrassment / sexual harrassment. They would rather keep the management so that it doesn't disrupt the business, than to protect the employees.
