      ~Great software for enterprise B2C email marketing ~Great location at 3rd/Market ~Working from Home

      Cons

      ~Lack of Transparency ~Oracle will freeze promotions/raises for the sake of quarterly revenue reports ~Responsys management has no power, all trickles down from Oracle fat cats.

      No salary raise for last two years. Now salary cuts.

      None. I don't even find 5 words. I have to type because this HTML checks for at-least 5 words.

      Cons

      Worked here for 6+ years and now we have been asked to take forced pay cuts. For past 6 years manager says that no salary raise as you get paid overtime for travel and now we are being asked to take salary cuts. It's all Mark Hurd phenomenon that was happening at HP. Look out stock owners, Oracle is going to become new HP in coming years.
