Pros

Possible to work remotely Nice and well supplied canteen Company organised social event Emphasis on work life balance and work place ergonomics

Cons

Big disconnect between US based management and overseas subsidiaries that usually disregard locals. Big freeze on hiring budget that leads to mostly no perspective jobs as there is little room to naturally progress as there is minimum people fluctuations

Pros

Great with work life balance.

Cons

1) Average to lower Pay band; not as per industry standard. 2) No annual hike; even if its given don't expect mush more than 5%. 3) HR involvement only for Hiring and Exit formalities. 4) No organizational hierarchy effect; completely dependent on Reporting manager in terms of career aspirations, onshore roles, rewards and recognition etc.
