      Leadership is helping guide Oracle Cerner to the Future. This company is paving the way of the future of healthcare.

      Cons

      Nothing with promotions or role changes happens quick, HR makes the process so long that great assets are leaving due to the long lead times changes internally take.

      Pros

      Get paid to do nothing, if that's your style. You can work here and do literally nothing and they won't fire you. Great to collect an easy pay check, pretend to work, and work a side hustle on top of your base pay.

      Cons

      This company has shown time and time again that you are a meaningless number to them. Oracle announced that existing employees will NOT be getting a pay raise to match inflation, while new hires will be earning more pay for doing the exact same job. This is beyond ridiculous. I am one of the highest performers in this role and I will be leaving Oracle for another company that values its existing employees.
