Pros

Working from a home office

Cons

Low salary offers, no raises or bonus, very cheap if you need supplies and business tools, no performance feedback, everything is self service and no professional training offered, the HR department and personnel are ineffective in their roles, upper management doesn't listen at all to employee feedback or needs, they interview potential employees and do not hire the ones they selected, current internal employees are very dissatisfied with Oracle

Pros

Such a big company that it’s easy to get away doing nothing

Cons

Management sucks, they only care about their own numbers and if you don’t perform well one week you will get yelled at even if you did well all quarter. Oracle does not invest in their employees— no free snacks, breakfast, or lunch... not even a company holiday party?! Barely any team events

Pros

Team mates and Manager Good on resume...?

Cons

Terrible inconsistency between sales org culture Use of fear tactics to elicit higher call stats Emphasis on quantity over quality Leadership with zero understanding of how to handle minority / lgbtq/ female employees (in my experience) No freedom to work from home Can do great work but go unrecognized because you're not hypermasculine or agressive Poor history of customer satisfaction (ie auditing and innumerable calls/ linkedins) is put on the backs of lowest employees Poor product strategy and terrible marketing means bdc's are berated for not selling products no one wants to buy Shifted metrics and emphasis on low-paying deals results in low-to-no motivation Inner competition can get deals stolen away Awkward and confusing metrics are an effort to take money out of sales' pockets Have days where we are berated by f bombs from upper leaders
