Pros

Solid Company. If you do well your work you can count on stability.

Cons

By policy very hard to get a raise. Despite years of service. Even when you switch from a role to another. By policy there's isn't a salary renegotiation.

Pros

You get to work on cutting edge technologies. Usually the hardware resources are not a problem.

Cons

The business/sales team have more influential role on deciding/prioritizing the features. But at the end, as long as you do not take it personally, it is OK.
