      Smart colleagues, great resume value, good place to learn, great benefits. This is a great place to learn skills and develop a network that will serve you well later in your career as an entrepreneur or working at another big company

      Cons

      Oracle is EXTREMELY political. Bring your sharp knives to defend yourself in the constant political battle between groups and people. Once you are in a job, it is extremely difficult to try to transfer to a better job internally.
