      Good compensation Many teams working on same product,so not much work load. If you are into a good product/team,you can learn more

      Cons

      Similar,monotonous work.You'll get bored to hell if you are into testing Other facilities like games etc in Oracle,bangalore are bad. Not much amicable atmosphere,people just do their work and go Horrible work timings.You need to work in weekends. Sometimes,you won't get work for weeks. Again all these are dependent on the project/area you are in

      Consulting division is one of the very neglected organization

      Pros

      Training provided by the organization is world class. Both management and technical oppurtunities are available. Marketing and product development might be a better place to work for this organization

      Cons

      Consulting division is the most neglected division of the entire consulting firm available out in the market. The no. of bis versus win ratio must the smallest of all. The attrition rate might the highest in the industry.
