      Access to a lot of informatoin and data. Leading the way in IT which makes it an exciting place to work.

      Cons

      Programs for partners and customers are not very flexible. Many processes in place make it difficult to do business.

      Pros

      Constant state of change in the product arena - no longer a database only company. If you want to be challenged to stay current this is the place.

      Cons

      Many products create competition with the sales teams. You can end up with reps bidding against each other eating away at sales and creditibility.

      Pros

      There is no timings for in and out. You can work freely at ur own pace. Colleagues are very helpful.

      Cons

      Appraisals depends upon management mostly. Again it differs from team to team. Cab system is very bad. No cab after 12.00
