      Cons

      Since you are dealing with enterprise, you will luck dynamism when you compare it other IT companies with origin of web application service vendor.

      Pros

      Oracle designs engineered systems that are pre-integrated to reduce the cost and complexity of IT infrastructures while increasing productivity and performance. Only Oracle can innovate and optimize at every layer of the stack to simplify data center operations, drive down costs, and accelerate business innovation.

      Cons

      There is no synergy between the groups it’s as if everyone is pitted against each other to take their own pound of flesh off the customer. Customers aren’t treated strategically they are diced into the groups who sell to them.
