      Pros

      Technology driven and a great place if you thrive in an ever changing environment. Professionally run with good governance and compliance, and has clear goals which it drives to achieve. Good opportunities to move within the company, and gives ability to travel in certain roles. Skilled and experienced staff to learn from.

      Cons

      There seems to be a gap between executives and the rest - huge salaries on-top, but nothing cascaded. Pay rises are not given, and this causes a problem for staff retention. There are no pay rises for added responsibilities and no pay rises for promotions.
