      Fun place to work but with not much growth!

      Pros

      1. Extremely flexible culture, work at your own hours, work from home and all that 2. Good training course available within the company 3. Competitive pay at the starting 4. Work culture is very good, people are friendly and helpful 5. Easy internal transfer policy

      Cons

      1. Slow growth, almost seniority based 2. very less hikes though it seemed to improve after recession 3. Technical learning is limited due to nature of the work 4. Incompetent employees get promoted because of seniority and good people have no choice but to look for opportunities outside the company

      Pros

      Oracle is a progressive company with lots of opportunities to learn and advance. In the pre-sales group, compensation is very good. Having Oracle on your resume opens doors.

      Cons

      Oracle is approaching 100K employees. If you are not a self-starter you will be lost. In pre-sales expect to be on the road 2-3 days a week.
