      Pros

      good environment for working and great for career growth. no strict work timings and work/life balance is great. good compensation.

      Cons

      no proper order of appraisals no onsites..only restricted to a particular team. no proper timing for giving the compensation.

      Pros

      Good Quality of Work. A lot of material for self-learning. Facility of Work from Home No Dress Code

      Cons

      Purely Manager Driven . If your manager does not like you you will not get hike,promotion. No transparency in appraisals, you will be forced to accept your rating. If your delivery manager is not good your life will be hell, no family life to enjoy. Yearly Hike doesnt happen, You get around 50% of alloted yearlky bonus.

      Great Work environment Flexible working hours. Amazing teams and senior resources. Good learning experience. Skillful and talented managers who are friendly and capable of extracting work from the teams.

      Cons

      Salaries are stagnant. Increments not inline with company profits.
